- Making the most of display and promotions
to maximise sales - Advising the customer
- How to maintain and deal with payments
- Preparing and clearing the bar area
- Prepare and serve cocktails
- Prepare cellars and kegs
- Clean drinks dispense line
Entry Requirements
Participants will normally be either practicing or aspiring first line managers. There are no formal education requirements, although participants should have a background that will enable them to benefit from the programme..
On completing the programme you will have:
- Develop a greater understanding of the skills and behaviours needed to become a first class team leader
- Gain an in depth knowledge of individuals within teams and how to get the most out of them
- Improve confidence levels by developing individual leadership and team communication skills
- Learn the relevant legislative requirements of the role and their impact
