Personal Licence Holders
The personal license holder must be on the premises at all time when alcohol is being served. If the personal license holder is not present then alcohol my not be served until he or she returns.
Selling alcohol without a license or if a personal license holder is not present on the premises , the personal license holder will be liable to 6 months imprisonment and or a £20,000 fine. A police office or local authority can demand to see the personal license at any time. Failure to produce the license without reasonable excuses is an offence.
TLC can provide you with all the training evidence you require for a personal license holder.
The course can all be completed in your own time scale TLC will put no time limits on when you have to complete the course. A workbook will be supplied to you by TLC when you are comfortable with the information, TLC will book your test and you will have completed your personal license holder course. If you do not successfully pass the test TLC will re-schedule a second test for free.
