How is this course assessed?
Assessment for the course is on-going throughout. Participants will be issued with a certificate of attendance. The course will be endorsed by ILM.
The objective of this training course is to help those in leadership positions build awareness of the leader's role, attribute personal qualities and provide methods and processes to cultivate those leadership attributes in practical ways. The course is designed to help develop the essential leadership skills needed to influence and motivate others, build effective teams, improve performance and succeed in creating lasting changes.
This course is designed to help develop leadership styles and deal with three key areas of effective management: motivation, delegation and managing people.
