This level 3 NVQ has been recently developed to recognise the vital role that facilities management provides within an organisation The NVQ follows the varied role of a facilities manager, from supporting all operations from maintenance, security, catering, cleaning to front of house reception.

• Ensure health and safety requirements are met in your area of responsibility

• Establish and develop positive working relationships with suppliers and manage external contracts and agreements

• Maintenance of property, systems and services

• Disaster recovery & contingency planning
