TLC’s vision for the apprenticeship programme is to redevelop each qualification. Individual units are delivered and assessed the your business way, ensuring that all apprenticeship training is not only about achieving the national standard of an apprenticeship but achieving the high standards set by your business.

TLC propose an embedded apprenticeship delivery model that will contextualise all your business’s learning and development goals and business values into each Apprenticeship, creating a bespoke, fit for purpose, Apprenticeship training package that will provide an internal training program that is delivered and assessed by an external provider.
