Level 4 Award Understanding the Principles and Practices of Internally Assuring the Quality of Assessment

The Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice is intended for those who maintain the quality of assessment from within an organisation or assessment centre.

The qualification aims are as follows: -To assess knowledge and understanding of the principles and practices that underpin the internal quality assurance of assessment.

Portfolio: This course is run on a distance basis and basically consists of the following:

• A research assignment into the principles and practices of quality assurance
• based on a set series of questions
• An accumulation of product evidence to support criteria combined into a portfolio of evidence
• A personal statement and access to your CPD/CV for evidence purposes
