If you are a learner, an employer or anyone else unhappy with something we have done, tell us here. We will put it right where we can and learn from it, and nobody is ever treated badly for speaking up.
What happens next
Your complaint goes to the Managing Director’s office at complaints@tlc-uk.org, which logs every formal complaint and makes sure it reaches the right person.
As soon as you send the form you will see a reference, and we email it to you if you have given us an address. Quote it whenever you contact us about this.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and tell you who is handling it. You will have a written response within 15 working days. If you are not satisfied with it, you can ask for a review within 10 working days of our response.
