Raise a concern

Raise a concern in confidence

If you genuinely believe something at TLC is dangerous, illegal or dishonest, tell us. You do not need proof, you will not be punished for speaking up, and the law protects you when you raise it in the public interest. You can leave your name off if you prefer.

What happens next

Who reads it, and when you’ll hear

  1. It goes straight to the right person

Your report goes only to our Whistleblowing Officer, Clair Pepper, and the Managing Director, John Allison. Nobody else at TLC sees it. If your concern is about either of them, contact Nikki Witham, Chair of the Governance Advisory Board, at Nikki@roundsquaresolutions.co.uk instead.

  2. You get a reference number

As soon as you send the form you will see a reference, and we email it to you if you have given us an address. Quote it whenever you contact us about this.

  3. An acknowledgement within 3 working days

We will acknowledge your concern within 3 working days, if you have given us a way to reach you, and decide how it should be looked into. We will keep you informed as far as we can without compromising the investigation.

Rather talk? Call 01792 700611, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, and ask for the Whistleblowing Officer. The full process is in HR-05 on our Policies page.
