What happens next

Who reads it, and when you’ll hear

  1. It goes straight to the right person

Your request goes directly to our Data Protection Lead, Alex Gateshill, at Alexg@tlc-uk.org. We may need to check your identity before releasing anything.

  2. You get a reference number

As soon as you send the form you will see a reference, and we email it to you if you have given us an address. Quote it whenever you contact us about this.

  3. A reply within one month

We respond to every data request without undue delay and within one calendar month. If your request is complex, or you have made several, we may need up to two months longer and will tell you if so. There is normally no charge.

Rather talk? Call 01792 700611, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, and ask for the Data Protection Lead. The full process is in DPG-01 on our Policies page.
